Trauma Therapist (Full Time)

The Trauma Therapist is responsible for providing trauma-informed individual and group therapeutic services to victims of sexual violence or other crime as well as to victims of vicarious trauma resulting from sexual violence or other crime. The Trauma Therapist is expected to manage a case load of approximately 30 clients, though this number may fluctuate. The Trauma Therapist is expected to independently manage this case load to ensure that all clients receive timely services and to proactively seek clinical consultation to ensure quality of clinical services. Work typically takes place Monday through Friday, between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m., with local 
travel between our offices in Craven, Pamlico, and Jones Counties, requiring independent decision making. Please note this is not a remote position.

Grant Manager (Full Time)

The grant manager position is responsible for maintaining accurate records related to revenue, grant funding, and expenditures. The position is also responsible for submitting timely and accurate information to funding sources. This full-time salaried (exempt) position reports to the Executive Director. Minimum of bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, grant management, or similar field of study, Master’s degree preferred Work typically takes place Monday through Friday, between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m., with local travel between our offices in Craven, Pamlico, and Jones Counties, requiring independent decision making. Victim Support Specialist (Full Time)

The Victim Support Specialist works directly with and provides services to the Victim Resources Coordinator. The position also involves the ability to assist victims including accepting referrals from individuals and community providers as well as serving as a liaison with advocates, therapists, and community partners. This full-time salaried (exempt) position reports to the Executive Director. A four-year degree in human services, or, two years' experience in direct services, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Work typically takes place Monday through Friday, between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m., with local travel between our offices in Craven, Pamlico, and Jones Counties, requiring independent decision making. Office Assistant/Receptionist (Part Time)

The Office Assistant/Receptionist is a part time position is under the direct supervision of the Administrator, who will assign, and review completed work. Work assigned by other staff members will also be reviewed by the staff person assigning the work. The position involves greeting visitors; answering the telephone; providing information; and forwarding calls or directs visitors to appropriate party. Additionally, working closely with our Victim Support Specialists, Victim Advocates, and Executive Director. Experience required is one year, college level, business training or 2 years office experience (or equivalent combination of training and experience)Work typically takes place Monday through Friday, between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m., with local travel between our offices in Craven, Pamlico, and Jones Counties, requiring independent decision making.
